Is wisdom truly universal?

This is a hard one!!!! For example, does any one rule apply to every person in the world, or are there some exceptions? If you can think of a universal rule tell us. Also, help decide whether the rules posted are truly universal.

abaustin1 Are you sure, what about (I know this sounds crazy) destroying the world? Is here a universal rule against that?

abaustin1 Ok, so you're saying that there are exceptions to some of the rules. Witch rules have no exceptions under any circumstances?

This is very difficult to talk about so soon but I'm going to try because I need some advice. I lost my 15 month old baby bunny Kiara two days ago.. and there was nothing at all anyone could have done for her.. so we had to end...

abaustin1 Nice response! I did mean world rules, FYI. You gave some examples like don't kill, but what if someone killed a lot of people and they deserve the death penalty, is that an exception? What if someone stole something from you? Could you steal it back? What if...
