Do you eat breakfast or do you go with out?

Okay, there are times that I don't feel like eating when I get up in the morning so I will skip breakfast then eat a nice sized lunch. I know this isn't good for the body because it has burned off all of the food that we eat...

ashley89 I always go without breakfast. I am never hungry in the morning. But sometimes just so i can get something in my body i will drink an ensure, or something like that to compensate for the food.

when do you get up in morning?

i used to get up by 6 cause i got to catch the college bus by 7:20 am i hate to get up early so cold outside, i like to have a good nap during holidays i only get up by 11:00 am ............ how about you ?

ashley89 ON school days i get up at 7:00am but on weekends i sleep till like 1 in the afternoon

ashley89 I totally understand what you are saying about Beyonce. I went to see her in concert, and just even the way she handles herself, says a lot about her. She is my roll model. She is a strong, independent woman , just like i plan to be one day.
