I just made my first pork bun and it doesn't taste right. The pork filling tasted nice but the bun tastes gooey. Does anyone know why or has any advice how to make it right next time I try.

floriza Hi, thanks for your reply. Yeah, I guess as you mentioned, the pork being really oily made the bun gooey.
