Why are most guns black in color?

I am yet to see a white gun in my lifetime since most guns are usually black. I wonder if it's not possible to make guns of different color (maybe even camouflage colors) instead of black , because African skin is black and those...

hellsingo15 i Second to that! Guns are used for killing. having it black is better than having it white. and hey! some guns are made with wood-like figure like the Ak's
