I am great aspirant for body building...should i groom in it 6 pack way for paving way to modelling or build muscles like Arnold in order to climb stages like Mr India.?

Fading Athletes in modern era.???

Athletes is a proud name for an individual during this era especially. The sole reason for this is to blame technology. Technology had made people lazy and have gifted them with lot of ailments. The same notorious case applies...
