Is it just me or there is someone else who has fear of confined spaces? Like when you are in a very confined space whee you can hardly move? I am not talking about a crowded area, just some closed confined space.

From what I realized based from opinions of people I know and research, if you get hurt using a dumbbell, start with a small one. As sad and humiliating as it is I've made a small version of it. I just got this done yesterday...

My older son told me he got a job and starts today. Great! He keeps talking about the fact he needs money and he needs to get his car fixed. So this morning I get up to nature's call fully expecting he would be gone to work....

Richa Thakur If he doesn't enjoy his work, he's bound to make excuses. But, at times to make the ends meet, we have to stop complaining and embrace things the way they are. Anyhow, tell him that life is not a bed of roses. the thorns will come and make him tougher.

Richa Thakur You can make it more interesting by adding sand in the bottle so that it it lighter than 1 kg but heavier than air :P
