Two-faced?

Have you even known anyone who was "two-faced"? I have seen friends I have met on the web take on this at times. They will tell me something and turn and say something totally differen..completely opposite of what they say to me..
Example: someone will say I really hate ice cream .. I can't go with you. 5 minutes later there they are at the ice cream shop with cone in hand and ice cream dripping down their chin..

Yes, it is embarrassing; isn't it. But who is the one who should be embarrassed the one doing it; or the one who it is done too???:)+

These days it is hard to find someone who is not two faced it really gets me when they seem to be such a good friend then as soon as you turn your back especially when you have gone out of your way to help them and then when you need help they run the other way!

hey little franciscan ! most of the people you meet are double-faced. They keep in the dark their real intentions . Nowadays you really find it hard ,whom you can safely rely upon.

I guess you are right mostly..My fault though has always been being too frank and saying the right thing at the wrong time. .+

yeah, make a judgement
are they lying to you?
or are they just expressing their feelings
sometimes someone could like ice cream, then if they are full, they could change their mind
if somebody is Bipolar (like me) often they have mood changes, I figure if I express true feelings and actual facts, then its all reality

If you read the topic well, I state it is an example..this is not the real incident as I would never put such online..but I did state in the example that the person said they hated it..didnt like it..period ..Then next minute they are at the ice cream parlor. :)+

I have known, and work with, a couple of people who are what some would call bipolar. If you see a smile one minute, you might see a frown the next. There aren't any warning signs either, it just happens unexpectedly. It can be frustrating to say the least, especially in a work environment where you have to rely on those same people to help get the job done.

I agree. I guess I wasnt thinking of those with a noted illness..Like I had a friend send me an email and state they would never go this place since it was simply awful. Next thing you know I find out the person went there. Is this person bi-polar then? :)+

Well unforunatly thats life and you'll always runinto these people. These people will usually do this to you if you dont give them what they want at the time they ask you for something. Its sad that people still do this and feel the need to lie to ones face the turn around and say something else.

Terrible reality of life ..I agree. I just find it hard to understand why people do it though. I mean why say you are fed up with something and then go say how wonderful it is? Hmmm. I have so much to learn about life yet I guess.:)+
