joining second company????

As like as a fresher,when we are entering into a new company after resigning first one. we hav to submit strong reason for resigning the former job!! my friend is in this circumstance, he is not intersst in that job. salary is not so bad . he desires to join other company. could you please give some reasons for his joining and resigning??
