I have tried VirtualBox, it's free but kinda slow. I am now trying vmware workstation (evaluation edition) and I have 30 days to do that. So far, I have been able to install Ubuntu Desktop and Ubuntu Server without incident. I am trying to install wordpress on one vm. I have Squeak installed on the Ubuntu desktop.

Yeah, VirtualBos is cool. Like Microsoft Virtual PC, right now i'm using VMWare GSX Server for my IBM Blade server, its save resources :)
