Fluorescent Lighting to Dominate California

What do you think about the fluorescent lighting bill in California? Even if you're not in CA, would you switch your regular lights to fluorescent to save energy?
I won't be switching my lights. I don't care if I have to smuggle incandescent lights in from other states or use candles.

I think it's crazy and it seems like another small way to suppress our freedom.
I shouldn't be allowed because of the poeple who can't use fluorescent lighting for health reasons!

That's a good point about supressing freedom. A lot of designers definitely feel that way. On the news at least, that seems to be the largest group of people against this, designers. They want their freedom to express their creativity with various light sources.
