Roommate Rant

Ok so I'll start with back story... I met my one roommate almost a year ago and we got along great! Then I was having problems finding a place to live and he suggested me to his roommates (the main one you know as breepeace) and they met me and agreed to let me move in and it was great, for the most part... Bree was and still is awesome and Ross wasn't so much but he has moved out now... my rant is about Raven, the friend So I move in and everything is going great until January when thing changed, suddenly I became the bad guy to him and we quit hanging so much... but what started peeving me off most is lately... first he brings in this guy that no one knows here and he's only known for 2 weeks and lets the guy stay here at the same time as Raven girlfriend... and these people did not know the meaning of quiet at night! I get up at 7am most mornings so I try to be in bed by 10:30 but when people are talking and laughing and making noise it doesn't work... and he's always reminding me that he got me the place (well he's not the reason I still live here) Then Bree and I noticed out beauty product disapearing so we had to have a chat with Raven about that... he doesn't help with the cleaning, he doesn't do dishes unless told and his bedroom stinks... not to mention that when he shaves he never rinses the sink... when he "manscapes" in the shower he leaves hair in the bottom (eeewww) and him and his girlfriend will take 45min showers and leave NO hot water for the rest of us (before you ask - yes we have spoken to him about this) and aparently I'm disrespectful! (acording to him I talk down to him and he finds my correcting his grammer as rude, I'm a writer so yes I like to keep most of my grammer normal) oh and my one basic rule is that no one uses my laptop because if something happens to it I can't afford to get it fixed.... and he used it and then lied! So last night we had a falling out in the evening and I had a migraine... it started with him getting upset when I told him he could not have any of my pizza that I ordered and was going to use as lunches for the next couple of days... I have this habit where if I'm bored of the puter for a while I'll go watch tv for an hour and leave it running because I plan to go back... so I go into the office and he has his CD cases on my chair... and dishes all over the filing cabinet... so I moved the CDs and took the dishes to the sink... he got mad! told me he was going to do it and I asked why he didn't when he brought out his CDs instead of placing them on my chair... anyways one thing led to another where he was yelling at me and I yelled back and my head was pounding and I just got soo sick of everything... then I get home from the doctors and go to heat up some pizza for lunch and found out he ate 2 slices after I told him NO! he didn't chip in for it and he had no right! whew I feel a little better until of course he gets home with his girlfriend and takes over the house or blares his stupid heavy metal music (I still have a migraine) So what do you thing? am I the jerk or is he?
