A Drink I had at Chi Chi's

A few years back, I had a drink at Chi Chi's, liked it, figured out what was in it, went home and made it and it was pretty good. Unfortunately I didn't write the recipe down and we don't have a Chi Chi's around here anymore. I think it was called a chi chi...it had crushed ice, rum, malibu(?) coconut and that's all I can remember.... anyone know the drink I'm talking about and know what's in it?

I don't have the answer for the recipe for the drink. I just saw the name Chi Chi's and wanted to say I miss the food. I liked the margarittas. I hope you find your answer, I am sure someone here on mylot used to work at Chi Chi's and will be able to help you out.
