Coco burger making

Have you eaten coco burger? It's made of coconut"sapal, fresh grated coconut meat". It's good for those who will not eat meat. Here's the ingredient: 2 cups coconut"sapal" 1/4 cup flour 1 tsp salt 5 tsp soy suace 1 egg 2 tsp corntarch 1/4 tsp vetsin(optional) 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 cup chopped onion UTENSILS steamer measuring cups and spoon frying pan strainer PACKAGING MATERIAL: PP/PE plastic bag PROCEDURE: 1. Steam the coconut sapal for 10-15 minutes 2. Mix all ingredients and make patties 3. Fry in hot oil Try it!!!!!!

thanks for the recipe.. i might try it.. since so many of my housemate love to eat burger.. haha.. coco burger.. it's so special here.. we never even heard of it.. it is really delicious? wait a minute. .first.. is it safe to be consumed? haha.. i think it must be quite fattening also right? since we're putting coco in it... gosh.. i overlook it.. it's coconut.. and not coco =_= ... anyway.. thanks for recipe again =)

That sounds great. I love coconut and I don't eat meat so this is a nice burger alternative.
