what do you think kill in IPDN ?

i think it should be closed, it's very harmfull Institute, i read that there's a doctrin said that "if you couldnt touch the heart, then touch the real heart(meaning by hitting his heart)" what a bad doctrin, abusement education, :-s

I think it's useless. The civil servants should be taken from normal universities. There is no need for a special 4 year college devoted to teaching civil servants. I once read a public letter from a graduate of IPDN. He said that the techniques they used (hazing/plonco) is important as it makes them feel closer to one another, and more together. It makes them want to help one another (in what? in corruption) when they get to work..

IPDN is killer university student nor education university so if this country IPDN is university mayby this country destroyed him self...
