How can I get a bit fat?

Hi, I am 16 yrs old and I am 50 Kilo's and I am 5 feet 11 inches tall. I look really thin and I want to look a bit normal. Any suggestions or diet that you can suggest?

If you want to gain some fat, I suggest you take all the important daily nutrients. if your body has the right nutrients and the right amount of it, you should be normal. also i suggest something fat but healthy. but 50 kilos is quite normal.

If 50 kilos is quite normal you should give a look a me! lol I don't look quite normal. But I searched on the internet and found out that I should have at least 60 kilos. But anyways thanks for the advice.

How if we operate and you take my fat away to you? haha.. because I'm a bit fat.. Hmm.. Have you eaten a lot everyday? and then you go sleep? if you still don't get fat, I think you are like my friend. I have heard my friend telling to another friend that is very thin too. she said that she drink a baby milk everyday. and it's work for her. maybe you should try it too. because baby milk have many nutrien.. so babies can grow fat.. ^0^

eat food like rice,potatoes,sweetsand bananas with milk.you are surely going to gain weight.

Don't worry at all and just enjoy being thin.I use to be like you when I was young.I'm woman of course but when I was 16 I was only 46kilos.Too thin and skinny,but now I'm not anymore.all the people use to get extra weight with the past of the years..so just wait and is nothing wrong being thin. If you want take some kilo you can always eat little more but try healthy foods and not only sweets (even if I can't say never no to a chocolate)lol:

Ahh you are not so thin considering your age and not to be worried too. 16yrs with 50kilo is not too bad. You are in growing stage,So you can take balanced diet containing much of fat like potato,milk,motton etc, and do regular light exersieto keep your body fit and stright.All the best.
