Which Fabric softner do you use? Sheets or liquid?

I used to always use the fabric softner sheets in the dryer. It is easy to just throw one in. Then I got a washer that has a section to put the liquid softner in and it adds it in the right cycle. I like the liquid stuff as I've heard that the sheets are bad for your dryer and leave sticky particles behind in the dryer. The problem is my hubby can't seem to figure it out and when he does the laundry he forgets to add it. I bought some sheets to as he can master the laundry with these. Which do you use and why?

On my own laundry i usually just use the sheets. It's easier, cause when i do laundry i go to the laundry mat and i'll have anywhere between 3-10 loads of landry to do! depending if i need to do bedsheets and baby clothes. Can you imagine running around to each washer in the laundry mat trying to figure out which needs softener next lol! I usually use the liquid stuff however in the babies clothes, cause it makes the clothes soft. I use one of those downy balls. you could get one of those for your hubby to use. you just fill it with softener to the little line, close it up, and throw it in on top of the clothes, and it releases the downing on its own when the time is right! i live the little thing. but i'm not going to buy a dozen of them lol.
