James was the last candidate to be fired and Stefani was hired. I thought the decision came a bit quick for Donald Trump did not give James enough chance. I'm actually a supporter of Stefani myself, however I thought James should have given a fair amount of attention before Donald Trump finalizes his decision. What do you guys think? Do you guys think the decision was fair?

I have to say that I agree with Mr. Trump 100%. To me, the corporate world is so very much about interoffice dynamics and politics. If I could find someone who was able to work with a bunch of crazy reality-tv star people and manage to skate by without incurring their wrath...and pull off some of the presentations and results that Stephanie did, I would hire her within a heart beat. Furthermore, James might own and run an internet company, but as someone who works in the design and construction world, Stefani is MUCH more qualified to handle the project management of high-rise construction. For all of Mr. Trump's emphasis on creativity, project managers have to be obsessed with details. I think Stephanie will do a great job, and I love to see a powerful woman beat out a bunch of "boys club" business men. Way to go, Steph!!
