bad temper

I have a very bad temper. I have long since learned how to not act on or display that temper, but it is still there. I get these sudden fits of anger, which come and go almost as quickly as does a light bulb when a switch is thrown. I was wondering if you might know of a way that might help me control these fits of anger better, or better yet eliminate them.

I guess you should take anger management lessons. Or maybe you should try to engage yourself in physical activities when you are angry. At least instead of getting mad at the person or the situation itself you can divert that energy to the activity itself. Maybe you can also search the web for any alternative means of controlling your anger. I hope I did help you on this.
