1983 honda 650 custom cx

put new battery in, check the starter,both are fine,however the start button,horn, & turn signals do not work what is the problem? i checked the fuses 4 on handle bar they are ok.do not see any other fuses can any one help start the bike from the electric starter, i did not see any wires lose i did troble shoot it some thank you
