Thank you for pointing out to me that the differences are important. If we didn't focus on the differences, we would not be here having a discussion and trying to air our views, which in the end brings us closser together.
Peeronline, I think the Shias would disagree with your statement that they do not believe in the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) as a messenger of the Alimighty.

I think you may be right. It seems to me that many so-called "religious wars" are more about politics and power than they are about beliefs.
