Black Water

Blackwater is a private mercenary police force. It was hired to control violence in New Orleans after Katrina, and is still there. There are a lot of serious concerns about it, because its operations are along the lines of the military, and there is very little legal oversight controlling it. A book has just been published about it, warning of the dangers involved with the expanding use of this force. Sorry, I don't remember the name of the book, but I'm sure you can find it by googling Blackwater.
