I'm so Pretty- So, so pretty

i think these kind of people are just shallow they cant see anything beyond there genetic make up LOL i find them very boring and if you need to put your picture on a rate me site thats just very very sad. these people need to get a grip and see the bigger picture for gods sake.

It took me many many years to come to the understanding that many, not all, but many of those who are so self absorbed are in reality harboring huge self worth problems. They act like they think they are so wonderful, as much to convince themselves as to convince others. If they allow for a moment the thought that they aren't so wonderful they would fall apart. What to do about them??? I really don't know. I never go to those rate the picture sites, but I don't let those conceited people walk over the top of me either. I try to be decent to everyone, no matter how they are.

Years ago, when I first saw these 'rate my picture' websites, I thought the people who enter their picture are either crazy or arrogant. Confidence goes somewhere in there. I feel sorry for conceited people because they have no idea how they come off to others. It is rare you can find a confident person who is not self-absorbed who really has cause for their self-esteem and satisfaction for their own achievements. When you see a person like that they are truly memorable.

some are just plain vain. i had this blonde friend whos life existed around her beauty routine. the worst part is she didnt need any help. shes a mix of pamela anderson and heather locklear. people like them learn to use their beauty to use others. she usually landed high paying jobs and did no actual work. i eventually stopped the friendship because she had an unhealthy infatuation with herself. now i just avoid people like her.

I think that we are all a little concieted incide. Like when you put on that pair of jeans that really makes your butt look good. Or when you dye your hair because everyone knows blonds have more fun etc etc. Most of the time when you encounter someone who really truely is concieted it is because they need the attention. A lot of them really do have low self esteem, and really dont have much self worth. I try not to judge people who are concieted, because I know that is how they come off on the surface, but I know that somewhere in there there is something that is not as great as they present.
