he said, just because people have mistreated or abused you dosent mean you must be controlled by their words or your feelings.

Wow that is very profound, no I haven't read the article my friend, being in the UK I may not have access to it, do you have a link where I could possibly read this report as this would be pertinent to me and I would be interested to know and read more!

Yes, its in charisma magazine. I think you can try going to chrisma.com . It is a monthly publication. I found this very inspiring. For you my friend , I will type the entire article tomorrow.

I agree that someone's words need not control you. And your feelings can be changed by you by simply thinking differently. It is a shame how we sometimes let others controls our thoughts and feelings and lives.

Was there more to the article? There are many people who suffer from post tramatic stress syndrome from being abused. It would take counselling to get to the point where they are not controlled by the persons words or feelings. So I am assuming he expanded on this statement to say how people overcome being controlled. I was abused and I broke free but it took couselling. So yes, I agree with what he says as long as people realize you might need help to overcome the abuse.
