how do you often change your beddings?

I change my beddings twice a month. Or sometimes if the bed sheet is really heavy to wash I change it once a month. I love to have fresh sheets but the problem comes when the washing time is coming, I hate washing beddings coz I only wash them by hand and its a great chore for me. Its very heavy and it really is one of the things that I hate doing. I love to sleep on fresh and clean sheets and I look forward on the days that I have to change to new ones.

Hello,zlemarq,I will change my beddings when i feel that they are not clean anymore,sometimes, i may change them twice a week,the other times i may change once in a month.I will wash them and dry it under sunlight so that the bacteria will be killed. There are also much dust on the beddings which we cannot see it with our eyes,therefore,it is important to change the beddings regularly.

Yes, sometimes it would also depend on the dyas. But when I have my mother visiting me I change fresh beddings.

I change it once every week. I once watched the Oprah show where an expert was invited to give his/her (I can't remember lol) opinion on this. It was suggested that once a week be the ideal (though Oprah herself said she does it every day haha).
So after that show, I changed my habit and made it once a week.

Wow, Oprah does have this influence on peopl, no wonder you got yourself changing your beddings once a week. I hope I saw that episode and maybe I could also change my ways in changing my beddings.

I change my beddings depends on how dirty. I have a 4 years old daughter who loves to jump up and down in our bed. So, it can be once a week....or once a month. I don't quite have a lot of problems with washing it though since I always put an extra bedding cover over it. So, I can change and wash the cover as often as I want. And it is true....I also love the feel of fresh clean sheet makes me hard to wake up in the morning....hehehe

Yes, sometimes its also my basis, when it gets not so nice to look at I change it but I try the ones that are no so heavy to wash coz the washing part is really my problem.

Yes it all depends on the situation when the sheets really get dirty and all I will be forced to do change fresh ones.
