Oil

I like olive oil best for salads, sauces, and roasting. I like the flavor and the health benefits. For baking, I use soybean or canola oil because they have a mild taste.

I think the best oil is Virgin Coconut Oil, best for health, beauty and cooking, much cheaper than some premium natural oil. Here in the Philippines, VCO is already very popular. I think my country started the market for VCO and right now we are exporting great amount of VCO for global consumption. VCO is the best.
