I have tried drinking the clium fibre sachets wherein you add them into a glass of juice. They become like jelly if you leave them for a few minutes. Since i dont like the taste of it. I tried the capsule version of Clium and i just started tonight i drank 5 capsule 30 minutes before eating dinner. I would like to ask if this product really works? have you tried it? what do you think?

I have never tried this product. I hope it reduces fat by melting the fat around the fatty cells. But i think abnormal level usage of these artificial products will not work for our bodies. It may produce side effects for some people.

I have heard about it but I haven't tried it. I'm going to try it because of this posting. I think it's going to work if it will make you feel full in hours and you wouldn't be eating a lot.

Actually it can works but before u start taking it u should know how they work. If u take psylium husk (or c-lium husk).. u are advised to take it right away because we want them to become jelly in your belly and not in your cup. Normally it is advisable to take it with cold water and not hot.. They become jelly-like in our belly so that we get full easily and it can stay longer in the stomach so we can stay full for hours. Plus it also help indigestion and the content of the colon won't stay longer.
