Pressure canning venison

I am using a pressure canner that my mother taught me how to can with, and needless to say the book that went with it is long gone. I remember how to do my fruits and vegetables, but I have never canned any type of meat. I need to know how many pounds of pressure and how long for venison. I appreciate any info you can give me!!
