WHATS UR FAVORITE EXERCISE EQUIPMENT TO USE

I like the Swiss Ball. My body looks better afer having kids than it did before as a result of using it. My favorite piece of big exercise equipment at the gym is a thing that looks like a moving staircase. It's a bit tougher than a stairmaster. It doesn't take long to really get your heart beating.

i never used EXERCISE EQUIPMENTs

my favorite exercise equipment is my own body,because its always with me wherever i go. i don't think there is any exercise equipment that works best,the best one is the one that you will use on a consistent basis:)

I like the mini trampoline. I use that and a little walking everyday and I lost 35lbs.
