What do you take for heachaches?

Not special headaches just regular ol headaches?
I use Tylenol. It didn't work most of my life and I tried it the other day and it worked.
I use Motrin for aches and pains.
Does anyone use Aleve? I heard it was dangerous?

I don't use Aleve at all..tried it once and it was like I took nothing at all..I don't know if its dangerous or anything like that..I use Tylenol PM..I love it when I have a headache, I take it, get a good nap, and my headache is gone..
