Dry fishes are delicacies for many. They are very good appetizers and tasty. How about dry meat, have you tasted any dried meat. How is the taste. How to cook dry meats. Thanks.

Hey samson, I love dry fish. I eat those once a month. But for dry meat, I dont know about this one. Do you those smoked meat? If so, I eat smoked meat. It is delicious if you make soup from it.

Dried chipped beef is something that has been used for years.In fact my wife always keeps some on hand its really not smoked its more dryed and salted.She uses it in gravy on toast its really good.
