I think that's a great point. I was a tutor for a bit when I was in college and I found that, while it is good to be able to help others, you learn a lot yourself. It may not have anything to do with the subject you are teaching, but with the student or with human behavior and interaction.

Yes, the best teachers are people who keep learning. If you're open to your students you find that sometimes they can teach you. It should always be a two-way thing. Just figuring out the best way to teach something is also a learning process.
