MYLOT's ZERO RESPONSE

I have this problem with MYLOT. My former account was Sulpot. Now I go by the name of Molusk. My Sulpot account became inaccessible starting last week. It has a balance of 4 dollars and 65 cents. When I inquired with Mylot re my problem, they forwarded to my e-mail my password, which was the same password that I use. There was no problem with the password. But I cannot still access my Sulpot account. I decided to open this new account and sent several messages to MYLOT why I cannot use anymore my Sulpot account, and what happens now to my balance of four dollars and 65 cents. After several messages and several days of waiting, all I get from MYLOT is still a big ZERO reply .

It's too sad. Please report your problem to myLot. They could suggest a solution or could sometimes resolve it. Scroll down and go to contact us. Happy myLotting.

before I even created this new account I have already sent them messages on 'contact us'. Their response was an e-mail wherein they indicated my password. Again, I sent them a message informing that their is no problem with the password since I am using the password that they sent, but cannot still access my Sulpot account. Several messages were again sent to their end inquiring re this problem but nothing came out of it. Sreevasu, your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Don't leave the matter unattended. Make more correspondence with them not by emails, make personnel messages to them from your second account. In that way you can make realistic approach to solve it. Already you made a good thing by posting a discussion of your problem.

ITs a sad issue. But never mind Mylot will resolve your problem as soon as possible. Mylot organisation is good , and they have made attempts to resolve all kinds of problems. So wait patiently , the resuls will be in favour of you. Happy mylotting. Hoping to hear good from you

I think, somebody access your account. You might have close mylot without signing out and somebody access it and change the account information and password. Sometimes we are so careless that we forgot to sign out. I've experience this before but not with mylot.

I think from ur mail keep a clear discussion abut ur problem to Mylot and i cannot get u after changing the name u cannot access the sulpot and y cannot u access with ur old username which used before and i think u can login and u clear the issue.

I can't speek for mylot, but do you have an idea why your account is inaccessible? Maybe there was a problem with one of your discussions or they may have just made a mistake.......The only thing I suggest is that you continue to contact Mylot officials, because you have earned your 4.65cents to begin with, if it is impossible to transfer credits, then they should give you an explanation and pay out what they owe.......Good Luck!
