An apology to a pitiful dog

yesterday,my colleague took a dog to our office,it looked very pitiful.its master would not raise it any longer.so my colleague took to find somebody to adopt it.it is so pitiful,but I can not do it a favor because there is no room for it and I have no time to care it.my house is rented and it its room is so limited;I have to go to work everyday,I can not give attendance to it.
but I feel so guity,I apologize to it here!

Do not feel guilty, you did the right thing. It would be worse if you took it home and ended up neglecting it because you did not have the time nor space. Your friend will find someone with the accomodations and time for the dog. Your friend is kind for trying.
