How do Beggars afford their Designer Trainers?

I have seen lot of beggars who sit sporting better trainers that I've got...

Beggars arent really "beggars". Thats their job, getting money from other people, its their hustle. I knew a kid who used to pan handle for money, he used to make between 2 and 500 a day in the summertime.
