A) The Negotiator: superb at handling people, instinctively know what others are thinking and feeling, able to read facial expressions, postures, gestures and tone of voice, introspective, self-analytical, flexible, able to weigh many variables and consider various ways to proceed, see things contextually rather than linearly, highly intuitive and creative and like to theorize. B) The Director: competitive, strive to be top dog and have many skills to get there, pragmatic, tough-minded, notably decisive, able to make up minds rapidly even with faced with difficult choices, rational analysis, logical reasoning, objectivity are their core strengths, pay attention to detail and focus their attention to the exclusion of everything around them, ingenious, theoretical, bold in their ideas, and persistent. C) The Builder: calm, affable and people oriented, social situations are often fun and relaxing, like to network, duty and loyalty are their strong suits, often acquire a devoted pack of peers and pals, true guardians when it comes to family and friends, cautious, not fearful, and think concretely, security is important to them and so is structure and order too. D)The Explorer: tendency to seek novelty among other qualities, champions of "never a dull moment", live to discover new people, places, things or ideas, often on the spur of the moment, highly independent and autonomous, more energy than most people, tend to be restless and sometimes fast-paced, highly curious always roaming with a hungry heart, generating new ideas and creative insights.
