violation of traffic rules

Yeah, How many times have you violated the traffic rules knowingly, and yet going scot free without punishment or any penalty imposed on you.
Ask for me, I will do once in a while when i'm rushing and gushing to a particular place behind the scheduled time.

I have done this unknowingly and knowingly especially when I am in a hurry to get somewhere...either I will not be paying attention to what I am doing because my mind is on another thought or I run the yellow light to not have to wait through another cycle because I am running late. I try to be more careful and mindful of time so I don't have to do these things though!

Never. Plus where I'm at, 5 over the limit isn't a deal, just as long as you drive safely. I have seen other speeders and general clowns get away with much worse stuff though, so its kind of a dismal two-way street (pun intended).
