Do you keep an art journal?

Art journals, for me, are a hightly addictive daily (or weekly) exercise. I've been in the same boat. I've been trying to create at least one page spread for each day of the year (new year's resolution and all), but I can't seem to get work and college courses from butting into that plan. I love mail art, too, and have some projects on my desk now . . . I'm going through a bit of a block, though, and can't seem to get to them.
