how do you deal with immature adults?

it may be our friends, our co-worker, classmate or even noyfriend/girlfriend. there are just times when adults act so illogically and immaturely hat it comes to the point that its exasperating!
how do you deal with it? do you take it out with them, do you talk about it or do you just ignore it and hope that it would pass?

I have a couple friends like this. I grew up very fast so my friends all seemed immature. They are worse now as adults. They act super childish and its frustrating. I tried to talk to them about it, but now I just ignore them until they pull their head out and start acting their age!
