Wiener or smoked sausage? Which do you prefer between your buns? LOL

I know I know...sounds kind of suggestive but ever since I tried smoked saugage between my hot dog buns, the boring wiener is just too bland. Smoke sausage does the hot dog some justice with all the flavor it provides. Which one do you prefer? Very innocent discussion!

We sometimes put home made sausage into ciabatta, that is very nice. Most of the time the bread we make at home isnt really suitable for making hotdogs with, and we really don't much like the 'plastic' bread from the supermarkets, but a nice crunchy ciabatta with proper highly spiced sauage in it, nice grainy mustard and maybe some salad is delicious.
