We often experience blackouts here and our generator takes time to start up so we still have about an hour or two to wait for the power to come back again...If your in this situation what do you usually do?

Well that's really annoying if there's a blackouts since you can't do anything you like such as watching t.v, especially when it is my favorite episode already of the series I'm watching that really suck on my part.I can just sit on the sofa and just wait the electricity to come back again, or just sleep anyway.

It's really bore if there's no electricity but if this will happen I'd like to sleep, eat or maybe go out together with my friends.

This will depend on whether it is daytime or night. If it is daytime I will make use of the time to sit in our balcony and read a book. But if it is night things are a bit difficult. Then I have no option but ot sleep early. Fortunately we don't have sudden power cuts in our area.

We have an inverter that starts feeding power to the house without our noticing that the power has gone. And then, the inverter gives a particular type of beep to tell us that the power has gone (and therefore we must switch off the unwanted accessories/ services). Every half an hour, buy giving a beep it reminds that there is no power from the main, yet. Of course, heavy consumption equipment like iron box, geyser, etc. can not be used when the inverter is feeding the power to the house. So, you see, we are practically not affected. It is indeed a very useful device.

Without electricity, it will drive most people crazy, including me:) You can not watch TV, use computer, cook... We depend on the electricity so much. However, it has also its advantage. I think people will have more time to communicate or visit and care for each other. The people's relationship will be improved.

Then it's back to a family time. Finally we can have a nice long talk with each other when there is no electricity. So it won't be a bad thing all the time.
