I feel so bad about my experience of my poor late puppy. She was still a month old when I got her and like what some of us here experienced their yelping during night time, I let her out from the gate just a few minutes thinking that she would stop yelping whenever she can take a walk outside...but when I turn my head back from where she at, a big dog just bit her and I was really shock of what I've seen. My poor puppy was then throwing up her foods she'd been eating and she got bruises in her chest...and I've found out the next morning that my puppy gets so very weak and just a few hours my poor puppy has gone. I have really learned a lot from this experience, I should keep more effort enough to take care my puppy but I know it's too late now coz she's gone. But, i'm not lossing hope that I could still be a good keeper of my soon puppies to be, I'll make sure on that by that time.

Make the crate a positive expaeiance. Give her a treat when she goes in it and praise her. I did this with my pup. Also they dont like to be alone. Put the crate somwhere near you. I have ours in the bedroom. Its also a good idea to get her some toys and a bed for in the cage. Leave the door open during the day and a couple times a day put atreat in there for her to find. She will get used to it soon enough. Took my puppy a week. Keep up with it!!

maybe try to use a blanket over the crate.. there are many online site I found that you can look over that for crate training a puppy.. make sure they are close to you cause they have small bladders

We had to do the same thing with our dog when we got her as a puppy. It was tough for a few nights but we just had to ignore her until she realized that yelping wasn't going to get her out of the crate. It's just like having a baby, you gotta get up every couple of hours to let them out to the bathroom. We also put a blanket over the crate so that she couldn't see out which helped a bit.

You probably won't be able to keep her from yelping. I usually keep my dog crates in my bedroom so I've never had a problem with an unhappy puppy. You can try moving the crate into your room and then slowly easing it out the door over the span of a few nights. Chances are she'll catch on quickly so it might just be something you'll have to put up with for a few weeks.

Whatever you do, don't give up unless you want her to sleep in bed with you. That's what happended with my dog.
