Back side acneea - how do I get rid of it???

I have this horrible acneea on my back since 2 years and I cannot get rid of it. I tried a lot of stuff: cosmetic creams, antibiotics, solarium etc. I just don't know what else can I do more. If you have any advice I would be very thankful!

well, why dont you try visiting your dermatologist and see what advice she can give you. i've had pimples on my backside ever since i started puberty but then, luckily, as i grew older, they were reduced. :)
