Beauty tips for your FACE

Don't go to bed with makeup on. Makeup left on overnight seeps into your pores, clogs them, and congests your skin. Make sure you wash your face twice at the end of the day: once to get the makeup off, and a second time to wash the skin itself.
Exfoliate daily. After washing your face at night, be sure to use a delicate scrub. If you don't have one on hand, a tablespoon of sugar or oatmeal will work just fine.
Use facial masks regularly. If possible, everyday is ideal. Again, if you don't have one on hand, make your own. Mashed banana or avocado is good. Plain yogurt also works well.
Keep a treatment and moisturizer on your face, day or night.
Treat your face gently. Never pull, tug, or scrub your facial skin. Be very gentle when you clean it, moisturize it, or put makeup on it. This will lessen the chance that you'll damage your skin and get wrinkles.
Keep your face covered when you're in the sun. Slather on a high-factor sunscreen, and put on sunglasses and a wide brimmed hat.
Let go of stress. Stress can show up on your face, no matter how well you take care of your skin. Do something your enjoy everyday. Your face reflects what's going on inside your head.
(How many of these do you do? I always wash my face every night and I never go to bed with makeup on. And I always have moisturizer on. I don't do the scrubs or the masks that regularly though. Sometimes I don't have time and sometimes I'm just too lazy!!!!)

Here's something that worked for me. Snip open a Vitamin E capsule and apply the contents generously to crows feet area. Being sure not to get the liquid in your eyes or on lashes. It's very hydrating, but super sticky. It works like a charm to soften dry skin around eyes.

I know what you mean..sometimes it's hard not to be stressed out and let it show on our face.

i wash my face before i go to bed every night. i make sure all my mascara is off. thats most important to me. I cringe when i see girls go to bed with loads and loads of mascara on and think about how their eyelashes will just break off. If i wear face makeup that day, i make sure i wash that off completely.
