has anyone ever gotten these before? They look like little pimples I usually get them on the side of my tounge. They hurt really bad. Now I have a huge one on the side and it keeps rubbing on my tooth. I cant' chew or swallow without it hurting really bad! What can I do and what causes them?

My daughter used to get these alot. The doctor said it was from to much acid in her system. He had her rinse her mouth with Mylanta or pepto-bismol. Dont drink right afterwards. Let the medicine coat your mouth for awhile. This always worked for her and they healed very fast.

I have had those before. Happens when you eat something too acidic like tomatoes. I also get them when I eat cinnamon, but that is an allergic reaction to the cinnamon I think. Anyways, I don't have anyway to treat them--I have always just waited them out and let them heal themselves. But they do hurt a lot and I feel you pain.
