Mom's Vacation

My Mother took the past week off from work. She has a time share in Cape Cod, Ma. Well last Friday we both drove the hour and a half drive to check her in. Then we had to come back home because we had a family wedding to attend in another state in the morning. We got up and drove two hours to the wedding on Saturday morning...We got there just as the bride was stumbling down the isle.. It was an outdoor wedding in the woods and she kept tripping on tree roots...it was quite entertaining. We got home in the evening and so my Mom decided she would stay home and go down the Cape in the morning. On Sunday she woke up with a headache so she didn't leave until afternoon. Well by Tuesday she was getting a cold and by the time she checked out of Friday and came home...well let's just say she's been in bed recovering from her vacation for hours now... She never got to do much while she was there. She went to play bingo and only 3 people showed up, so they all just got a 25.00 gift certificate to a local restaurant....lol She forgot her bathing suit so didn't go swimming. She went shopping but didn't find anything... Let's just say a good time was had by ....someone...but it wasn't my Mom. Did you ever have a vacation that was just a total waste of time and money?
