Little Madeline McCann is the little 4 year old girl who has touched the hearts of the world after being abducted from her bed, more than 2 weeks ago, while on holiday in Portugal! It is the stuff of every parents nightmare and most of us can only imagine, in horror, how her parents must be feeling while trying to stay strong for the 2 year old twin siblings of Maddy and keep her abduction at the forefront of the news to ensure every possible chance of finding her. Please join with me in sending your prayers , good wishes, positive thoughts, lit candles etc, which ever way you worship, believe or feel the way of Maddy , her family and all those who are searching for her! Please help to make a difference no matter how small! I am including a link to the official website for Maddy and if you have not already done so pleasr take a look!

I realise that there may have been other posts similar to this but surely under these circumstances it is better to have as much exposure as possible rather than worrying about duplicate posts! I thank you for taking the time to read this and hope and pray that soon we will have the relief of seeing this beautiful little girl reunited with her family! xxx

This is so heartbreaking.I have preyed so hard to bring this little angel home and safe.I get a bad feeling in the pit of my stomach when I look at her picture.I hope I'm wrong but I have such a bad feeling that I can not shake.I have a grand daughter named Maddy aso.Maybe that's why it spooks me so bad.I agree that we all must prey, send positive thought and anything else we can think to do to help bring this child home.
It sure makes you want to hug ours a little tighter doesn't it?
Sweets hug my grandkids for me real tight tonight and tell them that their American Gran loves them dearly and I'll hug your American relatives tightly for you.
Take care Daughter

Gabs honey - I know the panic you feel when you lose sight of one of your kids for a couple of minutes - how must that feel for over 2 weeks - I will never know how her parents are bearing up so well! Lets pray that the only harm she has suffered is the obvious emotional trauma of being seperated from her family! xxxx

It is horrible but we should be thankful that we have so many amazing people who are trying to help, offering rewards, donating to the fund and generally spreading the word.

There is alot going on about little Maddy right now. There is a gentleman who is even putting sticky posters on the backs of people's cars windows, with their permission of course. This will help remind people of this little girl and hopefully bring her home sooner!

I´ve signed and I´m certainly joining you with positive thoughts and vibrations.
Every time I watch the news I really hope that they have finally found Madeleine. My heart goes out to the parents of this little girl. Their suffering must be unbearable. I hope the child is alright wherever she may be. I prefer to be optimistic... I understand that the parents don´t want to leave Portugal until they are reunited with their daughter. Let´s hope that this is what´s going to happen.
I will also give the poster with Madeleine´s photo on it to people. You´re right the more exposure, the better.
Thanks for posting this here.

This is a horrible story for sure and I am so sorry for the parents, however I can not help to think that they are partly to blame. They should have never left her alone in a hotelroom?
Maddy is in my prayers and I do hope that she will be safdely returned to her family.

Yes the parents did make a mistake but who amongst us parents has never done something thoughtlessly that could have turned into a disaster for our families? We are all human and all make mistakes! This does not excuse someone for abducting this little girl! I am glad that you are praying for her safe return! xxx

There's been an awful lot of coverage about this little girl and although my heart goes out to her family, there are children that go missing every single day in this world and no one even blinks an eye over them because of where they live or their race. I do hope she comes home safe and sound, and although I think it's wonderful that all those famous celebrities are donating thousands of dollars for her family, there are others who are not so fortunate.

I can understand how you feel my friend and it is a horrible thing to happen to anyone - my heart aches for all the lost children in this world! I think that we can feel more empathy when we know who she is, what she looks like and how her family are fighting so hard for information on her whereabouts! Surely we can think of Maddy as the poster girl for missing children and pray that when she is returned home the world can start trying to stop this happening to anyone else! xx
