Is there such thing as a very mini engine?

I was thinking if there is such a mini engine and if it can be attached to a skate so that we will have an automatic skate? So Is there a mini engine? For those who are really good in mechanical engineering pls help me..thanks

I also had in mind the engine which the 1st responder told about. Long ago one of my friends had one. Sri Lanka was a closed economy then and things were not freely available for everyone to buy. My friend used to make model aeroplanes with that engine. He also made a car which is not geared down but was propeller driven. So I wonder whether this can be applied to the skateboard.
