Which has been your favourite discussion so far, which you started? I would like to know about your that discussion, which fetched you maximum number of qualitity responses and you enjoyed reading and analysing most of the responses.
In my case..I recently started a discussion - 'Do you like to observe people at public placed'. This discussion of mine perhaps fetched me maximum number of quality and wonderful responses and I enjoyed and appreciated reading each and every response.
Thanks in advance.

I am not sure if I have my favorite discussion. My maximum number of responds for one discussion was 742...
I don't want that many responds again....I prefer less responds...742 is way to many...

Very Good and qaulity response. I appreciate your reply.
However, I would like to know about the discussion, which you started and the responses were such, that you consider that discussion as your favorite one, till date.

I must be having around 2000 discussion topics introduced by me. I consider most of them 75% of them are my favourite topics and 10 or more topics have received 1000+ responses, 50 or so received more than 500 responses, 300 or so have received 100+ responses. Therefore I consider all those which have received 500+ are my best discussion topics.

It was not done at ease. It took months to achieve this. You can take a look at some of them by going into "discussions my friends started". In fact one on HOW MUCH OF WATER YOU DRINK IN A DAY" is a topic which is very simple, but when you go through the response, experts have written with scientific analysis about drinking water. Thanks for all the praise and I want everyone of you to achieve this or much more.

my favourate discussion was Laden vs bush in which a no.of responses were there.reading one by one was great as people were on both sides some with bush and most with laden.the writing war was on and the person who gave the question was a laden fan i suppose and was answering all the coming responses.
i was enjoying the cold war of words.

Hi Deepak! You might have noticed by now that I am not much active in mylot. I mostly comein for a maximum of 30 minutes a day where i respond to friends and referrals discussions if I find them interesting. I do post discussions but I have never gotton 50+ responses. The maximum responses I have gotton so far is 46 for my discussion 'Is it essential to marry if you are in a relationship?'

that's interesting but a tough one!! how can i single out a discussion when all at their inception have special moments and special places in my heart!! when i start off i contemplate having lots and lots of responses and all quality ones but taht doesn't happen, does it?
however, if you ask me about my discussion which gathered maximun no. of responses then i would say its about how kids losing their childhood (if i can depend on my memory). it felt nice, it feels nice but then we can ony work onto a good rendition of matters, then it all on time and luck.
deepak, i would like to share something more here, previously i used to have quite a few discussions with no responses but now that phase is over. i know for sure that's my friends going to respond no matter what. that is a great driving force and being the reason i am still here.
yes, i remember about your post (RF: do you obsrve ppl.....', which gathered all satisfying responses. i remember it, more because i was late in answering, but you never complained. ultimately i did respond and by the time it managed more than 30 responses!! i am glad it got ( i think over 50) responses. you are worth it.
this time i thought i would be the first responder, but aidonia beat me as always. never mind, i know you will read through as intently as ever.
have a nice day.

Yes, you are right it is normally very difficult to single out a discussion...as a 'favourite one'. Same as a singer cannot say, which is his/her best song or composition. Yes, one wishes that he/she should get numerous responses that too quality responses....but in practice this does not happen.
I would like to read your discussion kids losing their childhood...(if possible, please send me the link to it).
Don't be disheartened....to feel that you are not the first respondent or you were not the first respondent in any of my discussions...that is not very important....what carry more importance is .....what kind of thoughts you are infusing into your reply...is it going to be meaningful and interesting. If it is going to be a quality response.....even if it is posted by you.....after I have selected a 'Best Response", I will give it due importance and will post my comments accordingly.
Earlier I used to immediately see..who has responded....and used to comment on that immediately...now I have changed this practice...I wait for some time ..for responses to come...because I know everyone has his/her own commitments, besides mylot..so everyone cannot respond..immediately. I do not even see responses till 3-4 days...till it reaches 5-10 responses...because I know the moment I see and read the response...I cannot stop myself from submitting my comments on the response.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
I have noticed that you have touched 95/100, must be reaching '10' soon. Congrats in advance.

Thanks dear friend, Aidonia for sharing your views. Yes, you may be right in a sense that it is difficult to single out a discussion as favourite one. For example, As a singer would always say all his/her songs are favourite. Yours is an intelligent reply. + rated.

Well, my favourite discussion on mylot so far and the most owerwhelming discussion I have ever started was about the mobile phones. The discussion topic was "Is mobile phone a luxury or a necessity???" Believe me I have received 1500 plus responses on this topic and was just a novice on mylot. I have learnt from then on people just like to respond the topic which is related to them in thier routine life.Since then there was no looking back on mylot and I started posting more and more discussions and responding to more and more discussions.
It was my most inspiring moment and an awesome entry of mine on mylot.
Sadanand.

I don't really have a favorite discussion but the one that got the most responses I think 40 odd, was when I posted about "parents leaving their 7 year old at a kids play area in the mall" - I learnt a lot from that discussion.
