Do you empty your (computer) trash bin every time you put an item in?

it has been my habit emptying the recycle bin every time i am logged into the computer. but before i get rid of these files or "trash", i usually check them if they are still valuable or not. one advantage of emptying your recycle bin often is you will have more free spaces or bytes available for the computer which means more files can be saved.
