More of my pc problems...cooliris, does anyone use it?

Cooliris is something that came with Firefox when I downloaded it. It seems to be something that is very useful but I'm at a loss when I try to. This morning I got the update so of course I did it but even after reading all that it has to say I have no idea what it offers.
Again, does anyone have any help they can offer with this? Do you use it and for what purpose? Are there secrets to it that I'm just not getting? Please help!

I'm using this extension right now, no problem at all, what's you problem? try to put your cursor on a link, stay on it for one second, we will find a small blue box at the right side of the link, move your cursor to that box, a embeded frame will occur with the contents of that link, that is what the usage of cooliris. Any further question about that?
